Confidentiality
At Mountain Hermit all client sessions, communications, and personal information are treated with the highest level of respect and confidentiality. Information shared is considered private and will not be disclosed without consent except when required by law.
Scope of practice
- At Mountain Hermit we do hold that our physical, mental, and spiritual health are always overlapping. However, all services are intended for spiritual/personal growth and guidance and NEVER replace the advice of licensed physical or mental healthcare professional.
- Mountain Hermit is not a replacement for the advice of legal professional when it is needed.
Client Responsibility
All guidance offered is based on intuitive and metaphysical principles. Clients are encouraged to use their own discernment and free will in making life choices. No specific outcome or results are guaranteed, and clients acknowledge they are ultimately responsible for their own lives.
Refund Policies
- In the event Mountain Hermit LLC has to reschedule from our end we will either refund you or reschedule ASAP.
- If a client cancels 48hrs or more in advance a refund can be given if client chooses that or rescheduling option. Client must email stating this in this 48hr plus timeframe
- If a client cancels 24hrs or less before their session they are NOT eligible for a refund though we may reschedule.
- Clients who are no shows for their appointments are NOT eligible for a refund and may be asked not to return as a client.
Right to Refuse Service
- Mountain Hermit reserves the right to refuse service at the time of booking or during a session when necessary.
- Clients are encouraged to read above policy regarding how we never replace healthcare advice.
- Clients coming to us ignoring mental health or other needed interventions may be asked to not return.
- Clients behaving belligerently or rudely, including but not limited to cursing making threats etc, will be asked to not return.
- Those who were no shows for their scheduled appointment time may be asked not to return.
- Clients who are returning but did not complete ongoing work may be asked to not return down the line. I will not pour into someone who is not doing the work.
Agreement of services rendered
By purchase of any service, all clients acknowledge they have read all boundary statements and policies.
