Jed the Mountain Hermit

Diviner, rootworker, witch

Hi, I am Jedidiah (Jed) the mountain hermit. I am a diviner, rootworker, and witch. I engage with Christianity, the Bible, Paganism, and other faiths and happily meet and connect with people of varying opinions and backgrounds.

My spiritual journey began in June 2019. Since this time, I have developed spiritually, have had multiple teachers and spiritual readers who have all become a part of me. I have studied conjure, Mexican magic, and witchcraft. I have been influenced by the Philosophy of Tantric Hinduism. I have a strong relationship with my ancestors, who I sit with multiple times a week. This ancestral connection paired with prayer, divine connection, and spiritual hygiene allow me to be the best vessel I can be for spiritual work and messages to pass through.

I began my spiritual path in 2019 with

different teachers and various lessons in my own spiritual journey. Then in early 2023, I lost my father in a traumatic way. I had to put into practice every skill I have. All of this together has led to my call to service.

All of my spiritual gifts have grown under pressure to allow me to be a calming presence and to heal and empower those who will show up honestly and do the work with me.

One of my dad’s favorite sayings was “Do not curse the darkness, light a single candle”. This describes my world view and call to service. I will do what I can with what the divine sees fit to give me to put guide you unto the right place. I also expect all clients to be willing to take responsibility towards bettering their lives.

  • I am committed to giving the clearest messages that I can.

  • I am committed to honesty; I will give you what you need to hear in order to grow and prosper.

  • I am committed to compassion; I meet people where they are and advise them to move forward from whatever headspaces and situations, they have existed in.

  • I am committed to empowering my clients. You should not be reliant on me or anyone indefinitely and I want to see people stand on their own two feet.

  • I am committed to directing you to the right people and resources if you need assistance that I cannot provide you.
